Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Draughtsman Site for a Mixed Used Development project; to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction project team you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for our mixeduse development projects.
- Prepare and modify site plans floor plans elevations and sections using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects engineers and project managers to ensure accurate representation of design concepts
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create detailed construction documents
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements
