Requirements
. Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
. Experience in RC structural works and Wet Trade construction projects.
. Familiar with Singapore construction standards and drawing requirements.
. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
. Good communication and coordination skills.
. Liaise with supervisors and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs
. Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineer's and supervisors' team
.. Review and revise drawings to meet design and safety standards.
. Maintain organized and easily accessible drawing records.
. Prepare Architectural and Structural drawings
. Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.
. Maintain proper record for drawings and information
