Insight Global is looking for an experienced Software Test Director to support us on a mission critical DoW project. This candidate will lead the strategy development, planning, execution, and reporting of program test activities, ensuring that systems are rigorously tested to meet mission-critical requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with government test agencies and lead the integration of testing methodologies in a dynamic, defense-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development, coordination, and execution of Operational Test (OT) and Developmental Test (DT) plans for complex defense systems.
• Ensure all testing aligns with DoD guidelines and complies with applicable regulations (e.g., DoDI 5000.02).
