Overview

Support our Documentation Team by learning, developing, and managing the architecture of our existing documentation structure. This role will also maintain all documentation within a streamlined system, perform routine maintenance, and standardize both internal and external content.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and maintain standardization on various types of documentation such as product information, knowledge base articles, training guides, templates, as well as other materials for internal team members and customers to use.
• Create and update ticketing labels in the system to properly categorize and group documentation content.
• Receive and process internal requests for new articles and creation of templates.
• Transcribe video content into written documentation.
