Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and promote financial or banking services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product options.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies.
- Update and maintain customer information accurately in the system.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or higher qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales.
- Strong verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
