Job Description
To manage and maintain project documentation to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act regulations. The role is critical in ensuring that all records, certifications, and communications are accurate, accessible, and up to date to meet safety and regulatory standards.
This is a full-time hybrid role, blending site, office, and remote working.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of project documentation (e.g., drawings, reports, certification and inspection records).
Ensure documentation is systematically stored and accessible in accordance with the Building Safety Act requirements.
Maintain version control to ensure the latest revisions are always in circulation.
Uploading documentation to the Contract Delivery Platform (currently BIM360).
