Job Description
Establish and maintain communications with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accurate and timely flow of the documentation deliverables.
Manage all documents for the project.
Perform filing, typing, photocopying, fax, and other tasks assigned from time to time.
Maintain and update the database.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences, drawings, documents, and reports are organized according to the Project Filing Code.
Receive and check all incoming correspondence.
Review each document for conformity and accuracy prior to submission to the client.
Keep all project documents orderly, complete, and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects.
Ensure delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines.
Make sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staff.
