Job Description
Responsibilities
- Meticulously manage the lifecycle of project documents ensuring accuracy from creation to archival.
- Implement and enforce rigorous document control procedures to maintain project integrity and compliance.
- Facilitate seamless document flow between project teams, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized document registers tracking versions and approvals effectively.
Qualifications
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is advantageous.
- Holds relevant certifications in document control or administrative support (e.g., CDCS).
- Has 3-5 years of proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
