We’re looking for an organised and proactive Document Controller to join our clients growing Design team, supporting the delivery of commercial construction projects across the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project documentation using EDMS platforms such as Procore, Aconex and SharePoint
* Issuing and tracking drawings and technical submissions
* Maintaining accurate design registers and project records
* Supporting Design Managers to ensure projects run smoothly
* Providing document control support across multiple live projects
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Previous document control experience within construction or engineering
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Experience using document management systems (Procore experience is a bonus)
