Document Controller (MEP)

Full-time Finance

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with MEP construction experience to manage project documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper document control procedures are followed. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of MEP project documentation, confidentiality handling, and basic administrative support including petty cash management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing MEP project documents, drawings, submittals, approvals, and correspondence.
• Maintain proper filing systems (soft and hard copies) for project records and ensure documents are easily retrievable.
• Handle MEP-related documents including shop drawings, material submittals, inspection requests, method statements, and technical submissions.
