Job Description

Must have 3year minimum experience in construction

5 days office based

Must have multiple softwares

3–5 years’ experience in a Document Controller role within the construction industry.
β€’ Experience working with a main contractor is preferred.
β€’ Good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and document control across all project stages.
β€’ Experience on large-scale construction projects (hospitality experience is advantageous).
β€’ Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (essential).
β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β€’ Solid understanding of document control processes, revision management, and workflows.
β€’ Experience managing handover documentation and O&M manuals.
β€’ Strong communication and coordination skills.
β€’ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
