Job Description
Document Controller
Location: Kum Fatt Engineering Sdn Bhd, No.55 & 57, Jalan Teratai 7, Taman Johor Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
Reporting to: (HOD) HR & Admin
Subordinate: NIL
Responsibilities
- Manage overall ISO Quality System.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Implement document control of quality and revision of documents as requested.
- Handle change requests from department/division, encode, issue, and prompt distribution of latest copies of quality documents.
- Prepare audit plans and coordinate schedules with relevant departments/divisions and internal auditors.
- Document the minutes of meetings and highlights of management system review meetings and ensure distribution of these documents to departments/divisions.
- Be overall in charge of the company QMS.
