Document Controller with experience in the Pre-Contract phase particularly during the Design stage of construction projects. The candidate should have experience working with design teams and consultants and have a clear understanding of how documentation flows during early project stages.

Has experience in:

• Handling all project documentation during the Design stage including:
  • Concept Design
  • Schematic Design
  • Detailed Design
  • Tender Documentation
• Identifying and organize project deliverables across various design phases.
• Ensuring proper classification version control and tracking of documents.
• Coordinating with consultants and engineers to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
• Supporting the preparation and submission of documents for Authority Approvals.
