THE OPPORTUNITY

Sanctuary Cove Marina is looking for a self-motivated and energetic person to join its team. If you have a passion for the water, love a challenge and have a personality for great customer service we would like to hear from you. The Dockhand role is responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to marina users, as well as ensuring the marina environment is kept safe, clean and tidy.

Working closely with the General Manager and Marina Operations Officer, key responsibilities for the Dockhand include:

• Assigning casual marina berths, monitoring the marina area and overseeing marina movements.
• Assisting with monitoring and maintaining marina WH&S standards and environmental compliance.
• Providing an exceptional service experience for marina customers.
