Handling parts forecasting and coordinating with the sourcing team for parts availability.
Ensuring customer support for breakdown vehicles.
Coordinating with the operations team for execution.
Monitoring parts helpdesk performance.
Guiding teams for better customer support.
Providing inputs for non-current parts stocking strategy.
Coordinating recall activities
Preferred Industries
Education Qualification Diploma /Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts management or a similar role.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
