Ensuring customer support for breakdown vehicles. Coordinating with the operations team for execution. Monitoring parts helpdesk performance. Guiding teams for better customer support. Providing inputs for non-current parts stocking strategy. Coordinating recall activities Preferred Industries Education Qualification Diploma /Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts management or a similar role. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
