Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of technical feasibility reports against customer enquiries / RFQs.
- Preparation of External Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
- Preparation of Internal QAP for rolling and forging products.
- Assessment of technical parameters for government tender business supplies.
- Preparation of test protocols.
- Handling customer audits and visits.
- Maintaining records of customer complaints.
- Updating Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP, etc.
- Managing documentation, including manuals, SOPs, work instructions, new formats, and risk analysis.
