District Manager Burger King | Cincinnati, OH | $80,000$85,000 + Bonus A growing Burger King franchise group in the Cincinnati market is looking for an experienced District Manager to lead a portfolio of high-volume locations across the area. This is a hands-on, field-based role for an operator who knows how to develop GMs, drive results, and build the kind of accountable culture that keeps units performing consistently. What the role looks like: You will oversee day-to-day performance across multiple Burger King locations, working directly with General Managers on everything from staffing and training to food cost, labor, and guest experience. You will be the primary point of accountability between the field and ownership expected to identify problems early, coach solutions, and move units forward.
