Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and control the engineering development of Distribution Transformers (DT) projects, meeting technical specifications, delivery timelines, standards, and customer requirements.
• Manage the DT Engineering Team and supervise related responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO, ISO, ISO, NTC), BASC, and other quality, environmental, energy efficiency, and occupational health & safety standards.
• Interpret and implement the company’s new technologies to align with Hitachi Group requirements, increasing efficiency and quality while reducing engineering costs.
