Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and Major Range and Test Facilities Base, NDAA 1125 (a) and (c) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a Distribution Facilities Specialist at Tooele Army Depot. Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of issue, receipt, and storage activities. Develop program goals for the office based on analysis of ongoing shipments and anticipated operations. Develop justification for manpower, equipment, and related operating requirements. Review supply actions to ensure compliance with procedures and proper maintenance of records.
