As a seasoned distribution centre leader with a proven track record of leading large, complex operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You bring a people-first leadership style, are commercially astute, and have successfully led senior leadership teams through periods of growth and operational transformation.

You are comfortable operating at scale, managing multiple customers and competing priorities, while balancing operational excellence with strong financial discipline and customer outcomes. You are recognised for building capable leadership teams and embedding a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement. Key Areas:

Lead end-to-end distribution centre operations to deliver safe, efficient and cost-effective outcomes across receiving, storage, picking and despatch

Own P&L performance, labour planning and resource optimisation to achieve strong commercial outcomes
