Job Description

As a Dispatcher (m/f/d), you will be a part of a global Capacity & Master Planning team supporting offshore sites across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis and preparation of service orders for technicians and technical approval of service orders after completion

  • Prepare, level out & assign works for the territory & tasks of responsibility, to deliver best match for needs and potential (i.e. weather conditions & skills)

  • Define resources needed for service orders in collaboration with the Supervisors, e.g. competencies, materials, and tools

  • Bundle and optimise work order composition

  • Daily communication with technicians, technical support functions, and customers

  • Continuous improvement, including proactive search for areas for improvement, as well as a strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks
