You'll serve as a key point of contact between our call center, customers, and technicians, while helping keep schedules tight, communication clear, and service seamless.

+ Receive and dispatch service installation orders
+ Coordinate with field teams, technicians, and subcontractors
+ Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues
+ Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, skills, and location
+ Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications
