Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting dispatchers with the coordination of daily deliveries
- Processing and updating dispatch information
- Preparing and managing dispatch documentation
- Data entry and system updates
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- General administration duties as required
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience or knowledge within the transport or logistics industry is advantageous but not essential
Hours of Work
- 11:00am - 10:00pm Monday to Friday
- Temporary assignment for approximately 3-6 months
- Flexibility and commitment to work weekends when required
