Requirements: Matric certificate. Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role. Extensive warehouse and dispatch management experience is essential. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, route scheduling, dispatch procedures, and logistics processes. Experience supervising, training, and evaluating staff. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables essential), Outlook, and Internet applications. Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
