Surface Treatment Process Management- Manage and control all surface treatment processes such as degreasing, pickling, passivation, phosphating, cleaning, and coating operations.- Ensure process parameters (chemical concentration, temperature, pH, conductivity, immersion time) are maintained within specified limits.- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for surface treatment activities.- Monitor bath chemistry and schedule chemical replenishment and replacement.- Ensure surface treatment quality meets Vacuum Interrupter manufacturing requirements.- Investigate and resolve coating defects, corrosion issues, contamination, and surface finish problems.2.
