Order Dispatch & Coordination
- Manage the dispatch process from order confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate warehouse picking to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfilment.
- Monitor progress against cut-off times and escalate delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure orders are packed, labelled, and compliant with customer and retailer requirements
- Arrange suitable transport for outbound shipments.
- Liaise with 3PL providers, hauliers, and couriers to confirm collections and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and manage transport documentation, including delivery notes, PODs, and consignment paperwork.
