Key Responsibilities Order Dispatch & Coordination Manage the dispatch process from order confirmation to delivery. Coordinate warehouse picking to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfilment. Monitor progress against cut-off times and escalate delays or discrepancies. Ensure orders are packed, labelled, and compliant with customer and retailer requirements Transport & Truck Booking Arrange suitable transport for outbound shipments. Liaise with 3PL providers, hauliers, and couriers to confirm collections and delivery schedules. Prepare and manage transport documentation, including delivery notes, PODs, and consignment paperwork. Resolve transport issues promptly and keep stakeholders informed. Customer Booking Slots Secure delivery booking slots with retail, wholesale, and distribution centre customers. Manage retailer booking portals and ensure deliveries are booked within required lead times. Communicate confirmed schedules and promptly rebook failed or amended deliveries. Sales Team C...
