Dishwasher
POSITION: DishwasherDEPARTMENT: Food & BeverageREPORTS TO: Executive Chef & Sous ChefFLSA STATUS: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
+ Legends Alamodome, Dishwasher. The Dishwasher maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes, and sorts soiled dishes and keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Ensure that the dish area is setup properly, including dish machine and sinks, in accordance with Legends applicable standards and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Monitor dish water temperature during sanitized wash cycle and record temperature on log
+ Washes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using dish machines or by hand
+ Places clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas after they have air-dried
+ Clean work areas including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking areas
