Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health code standards.
• Sort and stack dishes and assist with organizing the dishwashing area.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the kitchen as needed.
