Job Scope

Support daily discipline structures and supervision

• Maintain a visible presence across school spaces (e.g. corridors, canteen) through systematic patrols to support student behaviour and safety
• Respond promptly to emerging discipline cases during the school day
• Support the implementation of school routines and expectations (e.g. grooming checks, late‑coming monitoring etc) to reinforce a culture of self‑discipline
• Ensure timely and consistent case investigation and disciplinary actions
• Conduct fair, objective, and thorough investigations into student discipline cases
• Support the implementation of disciplinary actions such as detention, school service, in‑house suspension, behavioural monitoring and other discipline‑related follow‑ups
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date records of student discipline cases, interventions and follow‑up actions
