Discipline Support Officer (DSO) (Margaret Drive)

The Discipline Support Officer (DSO) will support the following functional areas:

1. Investigative & Case Support

• Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews
• Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate and compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant KPs for directions

2. Detention & Restorative Follow-Up

• Supervise daily recesses, lunch time and detention sessions

3. In-House Suspension Support

• Help establish a structured environment for suspended students

4. Campus Supervision & Prevention

• Support recess dismissal routines

Qualification

Diploma in Early Childhood/Psychology/Counselling/Social Work, Youth Work/Community Services; or retired officers in law enforcement agencies in Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA); or retired officers/staff in schools related to students manag...
