Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES Deal with all performance, grievance, and Industrial Relations (IR) matters in a legally compliant and professional manner. Conduct all investigations regarding theft and other disciplinary issues. Issue the relevant disciplinary action and documentation. Arrange, coordinate, and participate in disciplinary hearings. Ensure all IRβrelated documentation is completed, signed, and filed in employee records. Preparation of Notice to attend a hearing, absconsion, written warnings etc. Notify all necessary people including the employee of the findings. Represent the company at CCMA and Bargaining Council proceedings, in the absence of the HR Manager. Prepare all packs for litigations. Plan, organise, and coordinate polygraph testing. Prepare and send the monthly IR report. Must be up to date with current and prevailing labour legislation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
