Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Humanitarian Programme Officer to provide strategic and technical support for their Disaster Risk Reduction and Management programs in the Philippines. Responsibilities include gathering humanitarian data, coordinating information management systems, and supporting MEAL processes to ensure project quality.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in complex humanitarian environments. Engagement with various stakeholders using participatory approaches is essential, along with proficiency in proposal writing and data management.
