As a core member of the team, you will focus on deploying backup services, including Veeam and Zerto, while ensuring seamless customer interactions. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of deployment experience and the ability to navigate diverse business environments. You'll work closely with project managers and clients to promote effective service activations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy backup and disaster recovery systems efficiently
• Evaluate client environments for optimal deployment strategies
• Assist project managers with engineering tasks
• Directly communicate project timelines and impacts to clients
• Prioritize time management across multiple projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical background
• 2-4+ years in Veeam, Zerto, or AvePoint services
