In this position, you will provide person-centred support to clients across community and program settings, helping them build life skills, participate in social and recreational activities (including sports such as swimming), and achieve their individual goals. You will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care that promotes dignity, inclusion, and wellbeing, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment aligned with DPV Health values.
