• Manage company finances, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, workplace safety, and cleaning industry standards.
• Supervise managers, supervisors, and staff performance.
• Handle business development, client relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Plan manpower allocation and operational improvements.
• Approve company policies, recruitment, and training programmes.
