Summary You will serve as principal subject matter expert for Construction Industrial Base, providing authoritative, independent advice to senior Navy leadership on strategies to deliver infrastructure at the speed of relevance. You will be responsible for developing and presenting a comprehensive draft national strategy to strengthen the Construction Industrial Base, with recommendations to streamline processes, challenge conventional approaches, and drive innovation across the enterprise.
