Drives expansion of the insider threat data management program by assisting in the development of company response initiatives related to insider threat activity establishing metrics and program guidebook identifying and proposing new ways to use technology through systems enhancements and expanding the current collection process Leads a group of subject matter experts focused on responding to insider threats and threats of violence by establishing best practices and monitoring capabilities to identify high risk or at risk associates leading efforts to mitigate future risks developing data exfiltration program to mitigate risks assessing and understanding areas of improvement and making necessary changes to handle threat management intake volumes assessing risks and threats in individual markets and setting governance policies to mitigate risks and establishing a minimum governance standard in markets based on scope and culture ...
