The Role
Director, Sales – Mexico is responsible for developing and executing the market sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen Brand Ambassador engagement, and build a sustainable leadership pipeline across Mexico.
This role leads a team of Field Development Specialists and partners closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Compliance, and Customer Experience to deliver a consistent, localized field experience that drives enrollments, retention, activation, and rank advancement.
Success in this role requires a highly visible leader who thrives in the field, builds trusted relationships, and inspires action through coaching, education, recognition, and strategic execution.
