We are establishing and maintaining a Canadian Money Services Business (MSB) presence and are seeking a qualified and reliable Director / Responsible Person to support governance, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder engagement in Canada.
The Role
As Director, you will hold a senior administrative and oversight role for our Canadian MSB. Your primary objective is to ensure that the company’s Canadian operations are properly governed and aligned with both regulatory expectations and group standards. This is not a sales or operational execution role, but a governance, oversight, and regulatory-facing position, suitable for an experienced professional seeking a part-time leadership appointment.
