As part of our growth, we are hiring a director of QHSE Management & PMO (m/f/d) to support the QHSE Department to ensure the global HSE and Quality strategy through the different areas and functions across the business and performing the following key tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

• Provide global governance for the Quality Management System, ensuring each business area implements and maintains compliance with ISO standards and IMS requirements.
• Lead the Global QHSE PMO responsible for coordinating, planning, and tracking QHSE-wide programs.
• Oversee the structured rollout and implementation of the Full Quality Transformation (Phases 1 & 2) across all business units, without directly executing quality tasks.
• Govern global VOC processes, Quality Forum routines, and Quality Loop mechanisms to ensure business areas identify...
