Project Management Director – Role Summary
The Project Management Director is responsible for the proper execution of the projects under their responsibility, within the budgeted deadlines and costs, and to the satisfaction of the client. They will oversee complex projects, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Project Managers and System Engineers that coordinates the activities of project team members from different departments.
- Perform workload forecast to ensure the Project Management department is properly staffed to execute the projects portfolio.
- Structure the launch of all new projects, set financial objectives and the operating strategy with the team.
- Ensure the project teams do the general and detailed planning and coordination of activities required to meet established contractual and financial objectives with all the departments.
