Job Description
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Director of performance improvement leads performance-based management and continuous improvement aligned with the Authority’s strategic goals. Establishes frameworks for setting objectives, developing measures, allocating resources, and assessing outcomes. Oversees performance reporting and process improvement initiatives across the Authority, driving operational efficiency and service quality. Builds capacity for sustained improvement through collaboration with senior leadership and ensures efforts deliver maximum value, with emphasis on initiatives enhancing transit service performance within Operations.
**Principal Job Duties**
+ Experience in the public transportation industry preferred.
+ Master's degree in a related field preferred
