In this role you will act as the primary People Business Partner to the European Leadership Team, translating global people strategy into regional priorities to enable growth. You will shape talent, leadership, culture, and organizational design across Europe, driving transformation and Mu0026amp;A integration in collaboration with global teams. You’ll oversee HR operations during transitions, advocate for a high-performance and inclusive culture, and leverage AI and data-driven insights to improve decision-making. This position involves regular travel across European markets and reports to Lyft’s Chief People Officer, with a dotted-line to the European leader.
