Job Description

The Opportunity

This position will be based at the Cimanggis Plant within the EPO division.

As the Operations Director, you will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, supply continuity, quality compliance, and strategic transformation.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide strategic direction and lead end-to-end operations encompassing Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, EHS, Administration, and Security.
  • Drive strategic performance improvement across multiple shift operation
  • Ensure alignment with local regulations, cGMP, EHS, and Abbott’s global quality standards.
  • Champion new product launches and cost optimization and growth initiatives of the Indonesian and export business including internalization.
