Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our engineering organization, reporting directly to the VP of Product, Tech and Strategy.
This role is based in our Menara Skymindoffice.
You’ll oversee our core technology platforms—the Omdia Customer Platform, data visualization tools, APIs and survey platform—while driving AI initiatives, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening platform fundamentals across security and integration.
You’ll lead a team of 6 engineers plus outsourced resources, with the opportunity to grow the team strategically. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions while communicating effectively with non‑technical stakeholders across our global organization.
