Operations Leadership
- Lead all Setup & Operations activities across the Philippines, including deployment, construction, maintenance, and operational performance.
- Manage regional operations teams and establish KPIs, quality standards, and operational governance.
- Ensure all operational activities are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with Company standards.
- Optimize operational resources, productivity, and service quality to support nationwide expansion.
Strategic Planning & Budget Management
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage CapEx, OpEx, and operational budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Monitor operational and financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
