Role: Director, Quality Assurance – Shared Services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
- Proven experience building and leading a centralized shared services QA organization, ideally in India, including operating model design, team structure, SLA definition, demand management, and cross‑vertical service delivery. This is a critical requirement
- Demonstrated success managing large‑scale offshore QA teams in India, with deep understanding of the India talent market, engagement models, communication strategies, cultural nuances, and performance management across time zones
