Job Description
Functions:
Leads the ISG Operationsfunction of approximately 400 people: Machine shop production (~50 high precision machines), Assembly & test production ,Planning, Warehouse, Tool Crib, and other functions as assigned. Develops leadership and continuous improvement capability within ISG organization and across the COHU Philippines factory. Develops, controls, plans & owns budget and CAPEX for the ISG organization with close control of cost-effective measures to control operating expenditures, manpower, wages and related overhead costs. Obtains and develops capacity to meet factory growth associated with volume increase/decrease and New Product Introduction (NPI) and be accountable for product transfers from Business Units that meet the committed qualification dates and quality standards.
